OTP / SMS Not Received
A structured checklist for missing OTP SMS on India networks and dual-SIM devices.
Fast checklist (2 minutes)
- Confirm you have signal and data/SMS service is active.
- Turn airplane mode on for 10 seconds, then off.
- Open your SMS app and check Spam/Blocked folders.
- Disable any third-party SMS blockers temporarily.
- On dual-SIM, confirm the correct SIM is receiving messages.
Permissions and inbox filters
If the SMS arrives but the app does not detect it, allow SMS permissions and review message filters.

When to stop retrying
If you tried multiple times quickly, wait for cooldown and request only one fresh OTP. Using older OTPs often fails. If the issue persists, proceed to the troubleshooting page.
